  1. @ESET, any plans to force all running NOD32 to update to latest version? I've found it takes >6 months for the auto-update to grab and install the next version milestone - some of my systems are still on v10. Due to the severity of this exploit I cannot agree with the delayed NOD32 rollout in this case, it must be forced with the updated regkey so Windows Update can apply the patch, otherwise myself and others who use ESET will have to visit family members PC's to update NOD32 manually, which is inconvenient.
  2. Same here, it's still affecting the Samsung Magician performance benchmark. This is well over 30% loss of speed and makes me wonder if this is a system-wide impact because of NOD32. NOD32 10.0.369.0 on Windows 10 with a Samsung 850 EVO.
  3. Hi, it's come to my attention that an email address I used exclusively for registering my NOD32 licence is now in the hands of spammers. I have an email address that allows any alias before the @. This allows me to know which sites leak my email address and take action. For the purchase of the licence I used nod32@ Any explanation for how this happened ESET?
  4. Ever since I've upgraded to Firefox 33.1 (released yesterday afaik) I frequently get the Address has been blocked notification on ssl://tiles.services.mozilla.com 54.200.231.121 when opening a new tab in Firefox. Any reason why this is happening? Virus signature: 10711 Product version: 8.0.304.0
  5. Been having the same issue as well in Chrome showing an intermittent ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH in attempting to load an address. In Firefox, the tab just shows the URL with a blank page. This has been ongoing since Monday/Tuesday (18th/19th). I disabled Ad Muncher and the problem went away - thinking Ad Muncher was the cause. But then I disabled NOD32's web protection and then re-enabled Ad Muncher, the problem also stayed away. So one of the two softwares are to blame, conflicting with each other somehow. Not sure what else to do at this stage, except to keep NOD32's web protection disabled.
