I was able to update ESET Rogue Detection Sensor to v. 1.1.693.1 by installing rdsensor_x64.msi from All-in-one Installer (x64.zip) for ESMC 7.2.11.3 (downloaded from https://www.eset.com/int/business/security-management-center/download/).
For upgrading Apache Tomcat from 7.0.96 to 9.0.39 I followed instructions from https://help.eset.com/esmc_install/72/en-US/upgrading_apache_tomcat_windows.html Though, the article does not say that after restoring server.xml file from previous installation you have to edit it to update the Tomcat path in the following line:
keystoreFile="C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\.keystore"
Otherwise, the Apache Tomcat service will not start.

Hello,
ESMC 7.1 supports only 64-bit operating systems. It is true that ESMC Virtual Appliance runs on CentOS, but you can use any of the supported Linux OS:
https://help.eset.com/esmc_install/71/en-US/linux.html
The supported Tomcat version is Tomcat 9:
https://help.eset.com/esmc_install/71/en-US/supported_versions_of_apache_tomcat.html.
We will fix the tomcat7 examples, thanks for your feedback.
See the supported MySQL (and ODBC connector) versions here:

Hello, JRE is sufficient. JRE is often not distributed on its own, but a part of a bigger JDK package - that is the reason we are referring to JDK in ESMC documentation.

Hello Rafael,
it is not possible to include more IP ranges in one dynamic group template. For each IP range, you need create a separate dynamic group template (and a dynamic group), as described here:

Hello @cesareset, I suppose that you refer to the RD sensor report where you can see the list of computers in the network. There was indeed a change: in ERA 6 the report was called 'Rogue computers ratio'. In ESMC 7, you need to look at the 'Rogue computers' report: https://help.eset.com/esmc_admin/70/en-US/fs_using_rd_sensor.html

Hi Joe,
indeed, OpenSSL 1.1.* is not supported, as stated in the Online Help:
https://help.eset.com/esmc_install/70/en-US/agent_prerequisites.html
You need to downgrade it to a supported version.

Have you tried the setup from the example? This should work for you:

If you have also non-desktop clients, you need to add the respective category as well, .e.g. ESET protected: Server.

Hi Maxim, ERA does not display the individual updates. The "Operating System Update" Client Task installs all the available updates:
https://help.eset.com/era_admin/65/en-US/index.html?client_tasks_system_update.htm
Currently, only for Windows one can select to additionally install the optional updates (again, all that are available).
