I created a web control policy where I blocked the youtube URL but it only works in Internet explorer and mozilla but not in chrome. I have SSL / TLS protocol filtering enabled.
How can i fix this?.

We have some url's that the client ask me to put there, example: web.whatsapp.com, www.grupobancolombia.com etc... i put there only the urls that my client ask me to put.

Hi everyone,
My client ask me to create a new rule for user's web access; he need to block all web sites but some web sites need to be excluded from that rule. I made this with this eset's KB: hxxp://help.eset.com/ees/6.6/es-CL/idh_config_epfw_scan_http_address_list.htm (short history i put the * in the "list of blocked addresses" to block all web sites. Everything was fine until we saw that this rule blocks updates from windows update and incoming mails on microsoft office outlook.
How i can fix this?.

I need to unified many ESMC to a new ESMC. Can i do this?.
My client has many diferent branch offices and non of it has comunication betwen them until now. Then i need to unify all the consoles (5 in total) on one unique console. Can i do this whitout reinstall the agent?
