Web Control exceptions for Office 365 connectivity

Hi

 

Just recently became a provider of Eset and trying to make best use of the Web Control feature.  After fiddling a bit I managed to get https://login.microsoftonline.comto be accessible, however now I see Skype for business does not want to login - I suspect due to the 'chat' feature being blocked.  Office 365 has other domains used too like Sharepointonline.com etc.  I don't want to be deselecting general categories just to get all facilities for Office 365 to work.  Has anyone been able to implement web control with necessary web control features and Office 365 fully accessible?  If so, how?
