Hello,

 

Few days ago I sent bug to https://eset.centercode.com

For this time I did not get letter with ticket. Is it normal?

Not sure what "few" means in this case, however, it's normal that feedback to beta users is provided with the delay of several days.

Bug was reported 4 Days ago, early when I submitted bug, on my e-mail address  I got 

message(Notifikácia o novej servisnej požiadavke). As I wrote 4 days left - no message
with ticket.

You can email me the email address you used so that I can check if a ticket was created.
