Not sure what "few" means in this case, however, it's normal that feedback to beta users is provided with the delay of several days.

Bug was reported 4 Days ago, early when I submitted bug, on my e-mail address  I got 

message(Notifikácia o novej servisnej požiadavke). As I wrote 4 days left - no message
with ticket.

As a distributor you should know how to contact ESET support if you want to know the status of your ticket. This forum is intended for end users.
