FULL DISK ACCESS Mac

My ESET antivirus on my Mac recently asked me to update it, which I did, but since then it thinks it no longer has full access to the disk when in fact it does.
It can run scans on my entire disk, but it thinks it no longer has access, 
What should I do?

Ok, there won't be any problem after uninstalling, because I have viruses in the quarantine.
