Quest137736 0
My ESET antivirus on my Mac recently asked me to update it, which I did, but since then it thinks it no longer has full access to the disk when in fact it does. It can run scans on my entire disk, but it thinks it no longer has access, What should I do? Thanks Excuse me, this is in French Edited 3 hours ago by Quest137736

Administrators Marcos 5,327 Posted 3 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 3 hours ago Please try Altermann's steps: https://forum.eset.com/topic/42930-cybersecurity-8-update-complains-about-full-disk-access-even-though-it-has-it/ Quote 1. uninstall ver.8 "ESET Real-time File System Protection"(OFF) Remains on System Preference>Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access 2. "ESET Real-time File System Protection" delete on System Preference>Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access. use "-". 3. install ver.8. Onboarding.app ended without any problems. Quest137736 0
Ok, there won't be any problem after uninstalling, because I have viruses in the quarantine.
