Unfortunately decryption is not possible. If you had ESET installed at the time of encryption, please provide: Logs collected with ESET Log Collector A couple of encrypted files (ideally Office documents) The ransomware note with payment instructions. Unfortunately, I guess you haven't reviewed web postings by high level sources knowledgeable about ransomware payments. You should not pay the ransom for just this reason among others.
