Synchronize AD Users Question

Hello,

For a variety of reasons, I must keep all my active users in the CN=Users,DC=XXX,DC=net container. It appears that the only way to synchronize anyone that I want to load into ESET Protect is to put them in some other OU and this breaks the ability of the users to login (a minor problem). Is there a way for the AD synchronization to look for security groups instead?
