To reproduce it, install a go compiler and winlibs to have CGO support. You can do this with scoop: scoop install go scoop install mingw-winlibs Now clone the repo here: https://github.com/mfechner/gorm_hook_not_executed And just execute: go build ./... You will see the error message on the console and Eset shows the error message in the screenshot above: go build ./... gorm-hook-called-only-once/cmd/api: open C:\Users\idefix\AppData\Local\Temp\go-build4108063349\b001\exe\a.out.exe: Access is denied.
