Hello Rodrigo,

The error message you have stated can appear when a user has entered the incorrect password too many times when attempting to boot the system.

To recover from this situation, you will need to login using a recovery password generated from your ESET Protect console. Steps on how to do this can be seen here - https://help.eset.com/efde/en-US/recovery_password.html
