Malicious DNS record

I was visiting a site (virustotal.com: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/77meiju.com/details) and Virustotal shows it is clean.

However, under the details "last dns records" section, one of the values is f1g1ns2.dnspod.net (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/f1g1ns2.dnspod.net/summary)

Virustotal shows f1g1ns2.dnspod.net is malicious.

 

Shall I be concerned when I visit 77meiju.com ? (I have no idea what the dns records mean)
