Roha 0 Posted May 14, 2014 Share Posted May 14, 2014 Hi i activate Anti-Theft function on my android device and register on my.eset.com add device and test apply first test. it compleate good. after that i try to anter wrong pin and recive block screen (eset block screen) on device. i recive email about "ESET Anti-Theft: Suspicious behavior detected on your device" but i cant see this incident on my account (only test one) how can i chose it? to see photo i need only use "Download activity" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ESET Staff metaller 49 Posted May 14, 2014 ESET Staff Share Posted May 14, 2014 You need to set your device as Missing from Suspicious state, then the start of Missing incident will be set from start of Suspicious state. ESET Staff metaller 49 Posted May 14, 2014 ESET Staff Share Posted May 14, 2014 Suspicious state is not an incident. Incidents are only Missing state or Test... So, if your device is in suspicious state, you need to set it as Missing (from my.eset.com portal), and after that, you'll see your photos from suspicious state (see my comment above).
