Updating ESMC CentOS

Recommended Posts

Hi,
I checked if there are new versions of something and find out there is a ESMC 7.0.72.2. We cant find a way to install it on server...

Current version are:

ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.0 (7.0.471.0)
ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version 7.0 (7.0.429.0)

CentOS (64-bit), Version 7.6.1810

From "ESMC -> help" menu there is no "update product", from console on server same. Or it is there but i missed it?

Or i misuderstand something and everything is up to date...

Hello,

7.0.72.0 was a repacked all in one installer, including newer version of Mobile Device Connector and updated AIO installer with regards to the changes in Java licensing. If the ESMC does not show it´s outdated, you are indeed running the latest version, and there is no reason for you to upgrade.

I have contacted our KB people, to fix the confusing change-log, so you will be aware that you have the latest version of the product.
