Updating to CM 1112 and editing the two registry values as said by Arezco on page 6 fixed the issue for me, thank you all for making this a lot less frustrating for me I'm glad I don't have to reinstall my OS after all. Still, releasing an easy fix for those already affected who are not proficient enough to dabble in registry entries would be great.
