  1. Worked like a charm adding the exceptions to the browser protection, Thanks!!
  2. So with the lack of response from Eset I assume it is not possible to exclude this file from the cloud and have it unblock the file? Exclude from submission in Liveguard does absolutely nothing.
  3. Another thing I noticed is that if I select Allow execution immediately in Liveguard proactive protection it still will not allow execution. Thinking that switch does absolutely nothing.
  4. I would hope that if there was a issue with the file that a scan by Eset would detect it. But both no detections.
  5. Correct as it Monitors for the installation of any software, As far as manipulate or log keyboard and mouse I have not seen that from it. After install of a software package you can then see what registry changes or additions were made as well as files changed or added or removed. It basically does what systracer, Revo Uninstaller and may other programs do w/o the need to log each install. It seems being based on reputation that since not many have used it, It will automatically be blocked. Would be nice to have a way of unblocking a file that was tagged by reputation as unsafe.
  6. The blocking of this file is taking place in the cloud as I can disable "Enable ESET Livegrid reputation system" and everything functions correctly. I have ran a malware and virus scan on this file on virustotal.com and it came back clean.
  7. Hi All, How do I exclude this or mark as safe in ESSP or get it where the action taken is not blocked? This is Mirekusoft Installation Monitor
  8. Eset did say the servers were fine and fully operational in this particular case so while that is a good reference because it shows fully operational does not mean the issue is not on their end.
  9. Wondered the same thing as it started at that time, Win10 latest update. Now it is connected again, Connectivity is like a ping pong ball. Spectrum DNS servers here.
  10. Connected again. And disconnected again
  11. Now it is connected to liveguard again, It is connecting and disconnecting at intervals. Now it is disconnected again. essp_logs.zip
  12. Same here I thought it had corrected after disconnecting VPN and now it is back again.
  13. Day two here as well, Seems more are having issues then not. Also seems odd that all of these ISP's have the same issue at the same time all from different areas. I can verify that when connecting via VPN the issue resolved as well. Will collect the logs and at
  14. Any ideas what is going on with the failure to connect to the liveguard servers? have the same issue on multiple systems.
  15. I had high hopes but Eset keeps messing up the new releases. Just waiting for my time to runout and then find something else. Some nice ideas just poor implementation.
  16. Hmmm looks like they need to fix the What's New on the help and support link in the help and support module as it still shows what I posted a image of. But thanks for clearing this up!!
  17. Correct me if I am mistaken but didn't all this What's New exist on previous versions?
  18. Not Marcos statement but the issues all of us have had with the interactive side of things and how it didn't work. I know I had the list populated of what I wanted to allow and deny and after upgrading I had to start from scratch as the popup window that asks would not work then it would ask for items that were already in the list.
  19. I may have used the incorrect terminology and I am referring functions & settings being removed on the version newer then 16.1.14. I am guessing ESET will say that 16.2.11 was released and functioning as intended but that does not mean it fulfills the needs of the masses. Was there any feedback from users before settings were removed or how did the developers come to the conclusion that removing settings was a good idea?
  20. Hi, Being that those of us that have a ESET product for security purposes and being that we paid for a product that should function correctly why is it you cannot take 16.1.14 and rename it and call it 16.2.15? That way we all get back a fully functioning version of the software we purchased and then spend the time developing that mess that was released when it shouldn't have been? In past message you say this will be addressed later this year but do you really feel that is the correct path to making sure your clients have a proper functioning security program? Reuse the product you already know to be stable and offer the features the customers were happy with. Newer is not always better.
  21. I wondered myself how it was released or passed release in the botched up form it currently is. I just switched to this software and sort of buyers remorse. They removed the port & ip as they felt it was an improvement.
  22. Ran ESETuninstaller and cleaned everything up and now it works fine, I exported the settings on the pre and post install and the xml file settings were way different so something got buggered up. All good now.
  23. I have the same as you ESSP 16.2.11, Well could just uninstall everything and reinstall and see what happens. Baffles me then why I can go back and it pops right up but update and she's gone.
  24. Yes I realize that and I have that enabled and did on the prior version and once it updated to the latest version the notification shown below quit popping up and asking what I wanted to do.
