If the error occurs shortly after the system starts, please carry on as follows:
Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine. Wait until the error occurs. Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here. -

I'm not sure what the size limit is on the forum, but anything uploaded here can only be seen by ESET staff. The other option is to upload it to a file sharing service and drop @Marcos a PM with access instructions.
