I'm also having this issue and link provided did not help. It says that both the ESET Personal Firewall is active with the Windows Firewall, the installation of ESET should have disabled the Windows Firewall to prevent conflicts but this did not happen. I manually disabled the Windows Firewall and I'm not sure if the ESET Personal Firewall is fully functioning. Also there is no info that ESET is managing these settings.

Recently did a reset on my windows 10 system now I want to reinstall ESET however every time I do I get disconnected from the internet is their a fix for this?
