Same here - About 50+ computers.

We are testing v6 internally since I used v5 at a previous company and everyone loved it. I'm quite disheartened that v6 does not work as v5 does in the way of locking out settings for admin users. Unfortunately the new company I am working for has their existing product expiring and will need to move forward with another product shortly that provides this functionality if ESET cannot get this fixed. I'm hopeful that ESET fixes this "feature" in the near future as we'd be more than happy to consider and likely chose them as our new AV vendor for over 300 licenses.
