  1. Same problem with me. I use Privacy Eraser and that will delete the sandbox contents.
  2. Try changing it's scanning option from Auto to Scan.
  3. I fixed the issue by changing the SSL scanning option from Auto to Scan. Now Eset detects phishing sites and malware just fine.
  4. It has been absolutely necessary for me with several of my browsers. Eset has just not been working correctly for me with out this setting and it may also be the case for some other users as well. Perhaps Eset should look into the issue. And my browsers have had access to the Eset Certificates.
  5. Did you change the Eset SSL/TLS protocol scanning from Auto to Scan?
  6. Change it from Auto to Scan and it will work fine.
  7. I fixed the issue by changing the filtering method of msedge.exe from Auto to Scan. Now both Eset and Smartscreen protect the new Edge.
  8. It appears that my browsers are using the Eset root certificate from the Windows root CA store.
  9. Fixed the issue by changing the SSL scanning option from Auto to Scan.
