  1. I've searched high and low on how to disable the footer message that is automatically attached to each incoming mail, ie:

__________ Information from ESET Mail Security, version of virus signature database 21103 (20200402) __________

The message was checked by ESET Mail Security.
    hxxp://www.eset.com

I've dug through the policies, local config, google etc. Please help...

  2. Hello,

I am using ESMC. I'm trying to install ESET File Security for Linux. I installed the Agent fine. I tried to deploy the product using ESMC and the status appears to stuck in "Waiting for product". When I try to restart the esets service, it says license not found. I've tried to activate using ESMC and my license and the task fails. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

  3. Hi

I installed File Security on a server, well it failed but partially installed, so I thought. When I rebooted, the GUI and everything works like it supposed, it reports to ESMC and everything. But what I found out, it doesn't list in Programs/Features.

Before I rebooted I tried running a Software Uninstall from ESMC and it was not detected. Is there a way to remove and reinstall without booting into Safe Mode?

    Thanks

    Reggie

  4. Hey guys, I added a License with a Business Account as I normally do except this time it doesn't show under License Management. So I can't delete it either unless there is another way. So I can't move forward with deploying the product until this issue is resolved. I know there is some delay but it's been about 30 minutes since I added the License and it's still not showing up. What can I do?

    Thanks

    RG
