  1. @Rami, I installed the driver from amd site, but there isn't change.

    My old driver starts ofter restart.

    Maybe I have to delete driver data, not only uninstall?

    I found that:

    When I uninstal AMD Radeon 3200 driver all is OK, but after "Scan for hardware change" it install my old driver, not new from amd site.
