    I Read this kb but i confined.

    what i understood is that .we should first install esmc on new server and after that using migration tool for export and import setting on new server.then on clients(endpoint version 5 ) install  agent because of our clients connect to new server. according to what you said "Upgrade is supported, however, I'd recommend uninstalling v5 first so that you install v7 with default settings" first uninstall endpoint version 5 then install endpoint version 7

    all requirement of ESMC 7 installed correctly.and successfully prompt shown.finally i found that some important ports of eset console like 8080 443 ... used by another application.? 

  3. Hi Guys

    affter installing ERA 7 successfully I cant Open the console (https:10.1.1.2/era) it says that the page cant found.

    what can i do??

    I did some solutions but it did not work(such as change default port from 443 to 5051 then restart the tomcat service then uninstall tomcat and reinstall)
