  4. If We Choose " No Action " then "Action can not be cancellet by user " tab won't be gray out.. We Have to select rest of option in " No Action " Tab. So, There should be option that We can enable the option " Action Cannot be Cancelled by user" tab via selecting "No Action".
  5. Hi, This will be done only in Schedule scanning, What about normal scanning and USB Scanning.
  6. When Computer Scanning or USB Scanning is going on , User can easily cancel the Scanning task via GUI. So, is there any possibility that we can set password for it, and when user try to stop the scanning task it will ask for the password ? Thanks,

  8. Hi, In ERA Console Client ip not showing up or secondary ip detected instead of ip assign to client. If we remove secondary ip then its working fine. here I am sending ESET Log Collector logs and screenshot. Some of other client also have dual ip and their secondary ip showing in ERA Console.   10. Hi, When trying to install ERA_Installer_x86_en_US.exe in windows 7 , getting error code MSI.1920. system has full administrator privileges. i had run ESET Sysrescue on that system and perform full cleaning. Kindly find the attached screen shot and elc logs. Regards, Bhavik ELC_logs.zip
  11. Hi, While installing ESET Enpoint Security (ver.6.6) in Windows 7 Os , getting error eset services failed to start. I have attached logs and screenshot for same. User has full administrator privileges. I have tried everyone permission with full control to ekrn.exe but unable to start the services. Kindly provide the solution ASAP.
