You have posted in the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum which is a consumer product and is not managed by ERA. Do you have ESET Endpoint Antivirus 6.6 installed? If so, please provide me either with your public license ID or the seat ID that can be found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info\WebSeatId.
If only one Endpoint is affected, I'd recommend deactivating it via the ELA portal and reactivating it manually or via ERA.
The product is ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition 4.0.85.0, it's workstation with Ubuntu 16.04, so there is no Endpoint Antivirus.

I've noticed that one of recently installed PC have an alert "Virus signature database is out of date". When I tried to update it manually it said "Invalid username/password", but I don't have any passwords, only license managed by ERA.

We will have to check, whether the OS X Api, that is being used by ERA agent, to trigger OS update, will allow something like that.
Thank you.

In ERA console I can see that some of mac user has outdated OS, but when I launch app store, I can see that there are only some minor useless updates like iMovie, Keynote or GarageBand.
Is there any chance that Eset will consider OS outdated only in case of major or security updates? -
Problem is still unsolved:-(
Scanning takes a long time and creates huge log files. I've tried to change some loge settings, but it looks like settings don't affect this ndl logs.Any suggestions?

First of all, I'd suggest making sure that you don't have logging of all scanned files enabled.
log files settings are default, i've re-check it, and i can't find suck checkbox.

One of the users complained about lack of storage on her mac mini. I've found out that there are 16Gb of .dat files in /Library/App.Supp/ESET/esets/logs, there were 3-4 files with name ndl+lots of numbers.dat, I put them to Trash.
This week I've checked the same folder and there were 1 small(56bytes) and 1 big(4Gb) ndl.dat files.
I did some research and found out that such files are created when I start the manual scan in Endpoint security. The longer it scans, the bigger file is. The problem is ones a week we have planned full scan.
The problem occurs only on one device, others are fine.
Can you help me with a solution?

You should be able to deactivate it via the ELA portal. Alternatively you'd need to install 6.6.2052 (e.g. locally on the computer) as the previous version 6.6 didn't send a correct seat ID to activation servers which resulted in the mentioned error.
Thank you, Marcos!

Do you have the latest Endpoint 6.6.2052 installed? If not, install it and then try to deactivate it.
No, 6.6.2046.0. Problem is, we can do it one "new" machine, but "old" object is unreachable since user re-installed OS week ago.

I've got an issue with one of the computers in ERA console, a user does something with his OS Windows, and now there are two objects with the same name and one is offline.
I'm trying to deactivate product and remove an object, but all I've got is "failed to deactivate: Internal server error".
Please give me some tips.
Thank you.

Problem solved, somehow license for this workstation disappeared after few days of work. Re-activated it through ERA console and everything is ok.
