Hi, I'm having a similar problem. Mine shows out of date. Last successful update was 45 days ago. Unable to update. I don't know what "Open the command-line console (cmd.exe) with administrator rights" means. I also cannot figure out how to submit a Support Request. Unable to do much as it keeps asking for a password, which I've never set up. Really frustrating. Please help. Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit Eset Smart Security 9
