Devices that i added earlier are comunicating ok with server till today. Problem is with new devices i cannot add any new device.

Versions: ESET Remote Administrator Agent 6.4.293.0 ESET Remote Administrator Mobile Device Connector 6.4.243.0 ESET Remote Administrator Server 6.4.304.0 Do you guys want to tell me that i need to connect my smartphone to the same network as server? why? Is there a way to add devices the "old" way by IMEI When i try to do it by enrollment link from email (external network) i get error message that shows device have no permission.

Hello. I wanted to show config of one policy defined a year ago. When i want to unfold Settings there is a program crash "Unexpected error" with this message at the bottom" Config engine error: parsererror (errorThrown: SyntaxError: Unexpected token in JSON at position 2795) " The problem is i have no idea when this happened. And it is not the only policy that crashed, it looks like policies created with older version of server software are not working. When i create w new policy everything works fine, the problem is i spend a lot of time configuring it like i want, and now i can't even look what was in there to recreate them. Please help.
