Hi all,
For instance,we have trial license with 10pcs (Expired date: 7/1/2017)
On webconsole ERA Server, i create new package Installer included Agent, Product (File Security for Win Server) + activation, everything is okay.
When i run install package was created before on first server, it was sucessfully, you can see:
But run this package on second server, i've received more info as below:
As the same with package installed, license info (License ID), I don't know Why is it different in "License validity" and "License Type"?
If somebody have any ideas, please let me know?

The issue as the same with activation on 3 Windows Server 2003, Please help to how can i fix it?!

Hi everyone,
For instance, we have a license trial with 10 clients. And we try with more units have been activated than the license contains, but all of them are working! Why's that?
By the way, if they are working, How long is the time for overused limitation?
Give us some advice? Thanks in advance!

Beside, I am wondering, in ERA Agent Policy -> Advanced Setting, when i enable feature HTTP Proxy, as i see this option is enable too,
but when can't connected to HTTP Proxy (not available), it still can't use direct connection and i get error code: "Getfile: failed to download 'hxxp://reposiroty.eset.com/v1//info.meta' with response code 0" when i want to upgrade to ERA 6.5?

I just re-install HTTP proxy and Agent on ERA Server but it still not work! I have changed some configures as below:
I don't think so this problem with HTTP Proxy! How 's your ideas?!

Hi everyone,
When i try upgrade from ERA Server ver 6.4 to 6.5 via Client Task --> New Task "Remote Administrator Components Upgrade", i get an error with the notice as below:
Getfile: failed to download 'hxxp://reposiroty.eset.com/v1//info.meta' with response code 0
In addition, check on ERA Server, it can connect with repository of Eset.
Any solutions about that? Thanks for advance!

Yes, i make sure that ERA Server services are running... Great ideas, so i will re-deploy Webconsole manually as you guide and feedback for you soon!

@Miami This task upgrade was create 1 day ago, so i don't think it's still running in the background. Beside that, as you see, i get an error "Login Failed: Response Parsing Error", not common error as "Login Failed: Invalid username or password"

Hi everyone,
After i perform upgrade ERA Server to ver 6.5.522.0 via Create Client tasks --> Remote Administrator Components Upgrade, i can't login webconsole with 'administrator'.
I try with many way such as change password, repair ERA Server on Control Panel, it finished but i still can't login on webconsole and receive error with detail below:
Please help to give me some advice...
