issue resolved - support supplied me with an alternative installer file, fixed it right up

...still no response - 6 days after initial post. You guys don't seem interested in a five thousand seat license purchase.... I have to have proof of concept before my boss will buy it.... and nobody wants to assist me in getting it up and running.... it doesn't matter if it's the best product in the world... if we can't get support for it, then it's not the best product for us. ...and this is what I've been dealing with for the past month trying to get this thing off the ground.

Every time I contact them I get routed to someone named Howard and then I get no response. I keep emailing CCreply@eset.com and get nothing. I need some assistance and I'm getting nowhere. Please advise where I should seek assistance. Thanks.

Trying to install the kaseya plugin on a KServer for use with Kaseya RMM. Installation completes successfully. Post installation 'Reapply Schema' operation fails every time at 74% percent. log.txt
