I tried to let the endpoints get their updates via the V6-ERA, this doesn't wok... Now they search their updateserver by theri own and it works... I 've to upgrade the Endpoints to v6, then I hope all is working as we want... Thanks for fast replay!

Hello, I'm using ERA V6 in our environment and some clients still use the Antivir V5. Sincxe yesterday I recieve from nearly all clients the warning message: "Beim Ausführen von Update auf dem Computer ... wurde folgende Warnmeldung erzeugt: Interner Serverfehler.!" -> internal Servererror What does this mean?

Hello, In our network, we had Era V5 running and all clients were perfectly configured. Now I implemented the ERA V6 as new Server via the .ovf Appliance and at this time I'm pushing the Agent to the clients, but before I push the Antivir V6 to the clients, I want to "save" the config for reapplying. When I export a config from a client, I recieve a .xml file, but when I try to import it in the ERAC as a new policy, I get an error: "wrong format". I found a client task, to export the configuration to the server directly. This run without errors, but now I don't know where the configuration ist stored and how I can apply it to a new policy for rollout to other clients???? Or is there a possibility to apply the .xml file to clients via ERAC (and not manually!)? Thanks a lot for any tip!

Thank you! In the enhanced preferrences I found the possibility to upload the lic file. This solved my issue!

I find out, that the server and the proxy couldn't run on the same mashine... Topic can be closed!!!

Hello, We use Eset Endpoint Security Nod 32 v 5.x and Eset Mail Security v 4.3x After extension of our licences, nod works super, but mail security not. On the one hand recognizes the software the new date, but on the other hand it says the lices is run out... (see picture) Even a restart didn't solve the Problem... I don't understand what is going on... Can anybody help me?

Hello, I implemented the era_6_server on vm via the .ovf-file from eset. Now I tried to install the Proxy on the same machine via the script Proxy-Linux....sh. I added the needed information like admin user and password, path to the certificates, database, etc, but I always get: ERROR: Problems unpacking installer data. Updating the CentOS didn't silve the Problem.
