  1. Version 9.1.2051.0 has fixed the problem for me. When will the same fix be available in the home user products (specifically Internet Security) so I can roll it out to home user customers with the same problem?
  2. I administer a company's IT using Protect Cloud and have been seeing the issue described repeatedly in the past with Sync Conflicts in Outlook, described in this thread. I recently updated all users to v9.0.2046.0 and set the option to "Disable checking upon inbox content change" and all users are still getting all incoming mail copied to the Conflicts folder and filling up their mailboxes. Is there any more news on a fix for this issue? It's happening across all the companies I administer and has been mentioned in postings online going back over 10 years now! When will I be able to push a fixed version to users where checking that setting will actually make a difference?
  3. Some of my clients are seeing exactly the same problem since upgrading to v15. The secure browser works fine in other browsers but not Chrome where it's not started for any relevant site as it should be.
  4. I have recently had a number of clients complaining of the same thing, ESET BPP not coming up when relevant sites are accessed, and i've just tested it myself and am seeing the same. It seems to have stopped working at some point last week. for both of us. As a reseller, I'd like to be able to explain to my customers why this is happening. It is true for me across all browsers and apparently all sites, and BPP is even not displayed if I set a site to explicitly use it in the settings.
  5. As an ESET reseller and user, I'd like to add my voice to the list of people complaining about this issue with v2. I've run it many times on many different machines and never seen it complete. It's a shame as this used to be a staple tool in my toolkit.
