  1. Hello,

     

    Need information to create a template for notify every time the Dynamic Group content changes. Because just check the Notify every time the dynamic group content changes not working for me.

    Wants to information in detail of the Dynamic Group members notified when members of a Dynamic Group are added, removed or changed. (Information in details Like: Computer Name, Computer IP etc.) If there is a some easy way to receive this kind of notifications please let us know. 

     

    Instead of this when we select Dynamic Group Size Changed According to Compared Group I received mail notification only like this:

    "The difference of observed and compared group ('Windows computers' minus 'All') has become lower than 4 clients Removed Client"

     

    Is there any special parameters for receiving information in details please guide us.

  2. Hello ESET Team,

     

    One of our customer has using ESET Endpoint Advanced PL for 187 users. Client using TATA Photonmax Wi-Fi Data Cards for his roaming users.

    Data Card Details: HUAWEI Mobile WiFi / EC315 Photon Max WiFi Data Card / CE0682 

     

    The problem is if you have enable Web control, client unable to connecting in data card even All Category allow in that rule. Client only able to using his data card when they disabled Web Control.

     

    Here with I attached log which is collected from ESET Log Collector Tool Before & After enable or disable Web Control for analyse.

  3. Hi,

     

    In my case I applied  "File Security for Windows Server - Antivirus - Ransomware Prevention" & I found that this policy as culprit but only unassigned is not the solution for this topic you need to uninstall ESET File Security once after unassigned the ransomware prevention policy & you need to create a Product Activation task again it doesn't matter which version you are install.

    But as you know the Server's important it is not possible to restart without taking a down time. If there is a task for product deactivation it would be a better (& If there is a please let me know) because in this case you cannot deactivate the seat even through ELA beacuse license cannot synchronize.

  4. Hi Marcos,

     

     That thing is possible because we had done demo before activating license but the before fire the activation task with new license key we had removed demo license from ERA & create a new activation task with the new license key & almost all client activated successfully except only two file servers. What should we do next to resolve this issue please guide us.

  5. Hello ESET Team,

     

    We are facing the same issue as well since 18th November 2016 in endpoint file security.

     

    error: "Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid"

    Public License ID: 3AA-CHH-U3A

     

    client activation task show successfully but it will not sync with the license server even after using the sync option.
