My advice is to purchase your Eset product from Eset's Indian subsidiary here: https://www.eset.com/in/ .
When purchasing Eset from Amazon, you might be dealing with a third party seller who could be selling stolen, over used, etc. licenses which Eset will either refuse to activate or revoke the license.
