Can´t upload music to google play music. It says server connection error 16. I don´t know why but eset 9 is blocking connections on windows 10 fall update.

No. It´s the final release. Leaked yesterday.

A new HIPS module with support for build 10586 will be released very soon.
Even with the pre-release software I have problems with windows apps like news, sports,they don´t load the content.Also I have problems installing apps from the windows store. All gone after uninstalling eset 9.

Changed to pre-release update and now all works. Except the blurry tray icon with 125% configuration.....

I have installed and RTM version of the windows 10 fall update, and eset 9 doesn´t work correctly. It says HIPS is not working.

there is no need to call the support by phone, just do as i wrote by visiting this website hxxp://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/and do the steps i explained above.
I do it but they ask for license, if i give them the user name, they told me is not related with my email (i buy the license in a web distributor different than eset).

No luck, also i called eset Spain and they told me to contact eset latinamerica. please help me to report this.

in my system after several hours of use it's still very very low on resources.
My Eset service show it´s taking 160 MB of RAM.

as i said, it would be best to submit a support request so they can easily report it to the development team. a moderator's job is not to send bugs to the devs, but they do it some times out of their good will.
Can you help me to report this bug? because i live in spain but i purchased the license in latin america. So eset latinoamerica tell me to contact spain and viceversa.......

oh now i understand. i suggest you contact customer support and report the issue there, also give them the link to the this forum thread so they can see the issue.

how close did you put the camera to take the photo?
That´s not the question. I´m sitting 50 cm away from the monitor, and the icon doesn´t look sharp.

This is a photo of my monitor. Eset icon looks strange. It needs a redesign, as you can see the green right part is wider, and it looks a little blurry. My configuration: 1920x1080 and 125 ppp because 100 ppp looks too small on a 1080 p monitor. Eset 9.0.318.20 with an original license and Windows 10.

Eset 9.0.319.15 Windows 10 connectivity issue.

I have updated eset to version 9.0.319.15, my windows 10 is updated to the latest windows update version 10586.63.
The problem is that sometimes if i select restart pc, after it restarted there is no wifi connection and I have to enter wifi menu and select connect. This happens after updating eset to the newer build, and it ask me to restart the pc to apply the update.
I tried uninstalling eset and the problem dissapears. Then install eset another time and the problems come back.
If I shut down the pc, and start it there is no problem, only when restarting.
