I will do this when I get time but I note that it tells me at the end to then contact ESET technical support to send them the log but I cannot find how to do that. when I click on the webpage for technical support all it does is direct me to help topics. There is no option to raise a case ticket, or any information as to how to actually contact them, so how do I do that?
Alternately should I just try re-installing the product and if so will I need my licence key?. As I cannot bring the console up because there is no taskbar icon I cannot find this.
I just don't understand why this has suddenly stopped working and I also don't know if it means that ESET is still protecting me or not, Windows seems to think it is as it's not showing any 'warning you are not protected' messages
