  1. Of course - ESET is not a remote monitoring software. But I imagined the scenario where a user would trigger an alert only by visiting a website and that alert would go up to the IT administrator, allowing him to see with details what the reason of the alert was. It seems that scenario does not apply and if that's the case, thank you for your answer!
  2. Hi, My boss is willing to install eset on my computer as part of their IT security measures. I just want to know what kind of information the IT team will have access to, including: Internet history when no security alert is triggered? Internet history when a security alert is triggered?
