ESET NOD32 Antivirus | EAV-74108169 replaces all existing certificates with an ESET certificate during the update. There is no question as to whether the user agrees to this. I have an application hosted on a server at a data center that has now stopped working. The application requires a very specific certificate. How can I prevent unwanted certificate exchange? Otherwise the update purchase was a bad investment!

ESET Antivirus overwrote important existing SSL certificates with an ESET certificate after or during installation. Now certain URLs can no longer be opened. How can I prevent ESET from installing an ESET certificate without asking?
