  1. We have several workstations reporting two versions of the ERA agent. On Windows Programs and Features it only shows the most recent installed version. What is the best way to resolve this? It is reporting false information to our outdated client report within ESET Administrator Console.
  2. We do not use the bundled Apache proxy. We are using Microsoft TMG 2010 for this location. Viewing the live agent installer it does include the proxy settings in the .bat file. One issue I originally ran into is it seemed the username needed to be "DOMAIN\user" but I am unsure if this is true. I've tried this time around either with or without the domain and it fails the same both ways. If I take the url for the msi package I am able to download it through a web browser on that machine using the http proxy.
  3. I'm running a client task to update ERA agent to 6.2 and receiving the following error. 2015-09-09 15:28:17 Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread 1340]: UpgradeInfrastructure: Task failed: GetFile: Cannot connect to host 'repository.eset.com' Yes we use a proxy. Sometimes antivirus fails to install as well. For our ERA server I had to manually update it yesterday for the same issues. The ERA proxy policy is setup and also pushed to this test unit.
  4. What version of ERA do you have installed? Is it 6.1.444.0? Could you post a screen shot of the error you're getting? Have you checked the trace log for more details about the error? Do you connect through a proxy server? If so, is it properly configured in the advanced ERAS setup? I'm running into the same issue. Currently ERA is 6.1.144.0, we do use a proxy. The proxy is set on the server in Windows and also set in ERAS setup. The error in the log is 2015-09-04 18:25:34 Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread 808]: UpgradeInfrastructure: Task failed: GetFile: Cannot connect to host 'repository.eset.com'
