Dynamic Group - installed but not activated version of server security product | ESET PROTECT | ESET Online Help I'll try replicating this again

Hi Marcos, That Dynamic group for me does not have any devices in it. EDIT: I have just realised the Dynamic Group Template for that Dynamic Group has been edited. Is there a way to restore it to default?

Actually just realised the filter I have currently, OPERATION OR (at least one condition had to be true) Computer.Managed product mask is not one of: ESET Management Agent Is not finding unactivated products but mobile devices that cannot have the Management Agent installed...

We deploy the Management Agent via Datto RMM so the devices end up in PROTECT Cloud without being activated. Is there any way that a dynamic group can pick up these unactivated devices and then automatically assign a license? I have tried the following DG Rule Template but is doesn't identify anything: OPERATION OR (at least one condition had to be true) Computer.Managed product mask is not one of: ESET Management Agent I tried looking through Functionality/Protection problems.Problem for something like Product is unactivated. But I couldn't see anything like that in there.
