  1. Hello I have a small problem here. A remote computer, which is probably rarely used, is shown as "OK" in ESET Business Account, with the version ESET Endpoint Security for Windows 11.0.2044.0 and last connection today. A colleague on site has also confirmed this Version of Eset Endpoint Security. But in "Eset Protect" (Eset Cloud Administrator) version 9.1.2 is displayed with a red warning and with last connection December 2022. Serial number, FQDN etc. are correct. How can I update Eset Protect to the correct version again? EBA synchronizes the information correctly. Thanks for help Chris
  2. Thank you in advance. I forgot, this only seems to happen when these computers (presumably all running Windows home) are on a VPN or directly on the corporate network. It doesn't seem to happen with domain PCs. So only with the PCs directly in Eset Endpoint Security? Only the external IP address or the internal or both (not that much extra work now)
  3. Hallo, we have sometimes a problem with Endpoint Security (80 User) and our Exchange Server. Sometimes individual Windows computers get the message "Website-Zertifikat widerrufen" ("Website certificate revoked"? I don't know the exact name of the message in English) and then both autodiscover.our-domain1 and mail.our-domain2 are blocked. (There are actually two different second-level domains for historical reasons). But only sometimes, for some longer or more often, for others usually not at all. How can I categorise these two domains or subdomains as permanently secure, even if there may be certificate problems?
  4. Sorry, I haven't answered yet. Yes, it worked that way, thank you for the support.
  5. A colleague from IT ran the uninstaller in safe mode and then tried the epi_win_live_installer.exe to install it. I had downloaded the epi_win_live_installer from "our" Eset Protect Cloud => Quicklinks ... on 1st August. It also worked without any problems with another complete reinstallation. Does the path via https://www.eset.com/int/business/download/ lead to a different installation file?
  6. Eset Endpoint Protection We have a laptop here (in AD) running Windows 11 pro for staff when they need to work from home for a few days in an emergency. The last time it was used was in May and Eset Endpoint Protection has not been updated since then. Now the notebook should be used again, an update of EPP ran "forever" and was aborted after about an hour, tried again, same result. Then uninstall and try to install the current version with epi_win_live_installer. This starts and aborts without an error message after what feels like 20 seconds. Uninstalled everything via Eset Uninstaller (kb2289 + kb2616), epi_win_live_installer aborts after about 20 seconds without error message. Tips? Thanks Chris
