Hi Nightowl fine?? The solution found by Mr MArcos is that some of security softwares like wise cleaner, malwarebytes, trojan remover, glary utilities etc, was blocking ESTE to write some lines in Windows Registry, i uninstall those softwares, restart my my PC and try to inatsll ESET.... ant a miracle. occour....after this i reinstall those softwraes again. Take care best regards

I think the solution appears...... I try to reinstall ESTE SECURITY and MIRACLE............the installation finished. MIRACLE... MIRACLE... Hi mates fine? Since June 28th i'm having problems with my Eset Internet Security, software stop to star with windos when i login, and update fail to execute new files, i contact the support a lot of times by e-mail with NO ANSWER until now, and by phone, when the specialist make a lot of things uninstall, try to reinstal, remote control, log etc, but error MSI1401 is present at the end of installation, it just occours with ESET, all other softwreas and windows are fine, a lot of commands in CMD with adm rights but no way.... Please does someone can help this issue? Thanks in advance Guido
