this has been happening for quite a while now eset livegrid servers cannot be reached have reset windows firewall to defaults, deleted all rules, nothing changes why has this not been fixed with any updates? we shouldnt have to modify any settings on our modems/routers when everything else on the internet is working fine please advise, because this is now a product that is not functioning properly
