Hello, i've 5 licences (two for windows and two for MacOS and one Android) and in ESET HOME I can't find the option for renew my licence... I've only the automatic renewal... I wanted to switch my license to the new subscriptions but apparently I can't... What should I do when my license is close to expiring? Thanks a lot for help. Best Regards.

Thanks a lot for update! I've seen that since a couple of days, it doesn't ask me anymore... I've search a little and perhaps it's when I let the login page of MacOs Sonoma open and wait a few seconds before entering my password... Perhaps a coincidence, perhaps not (when I'm logging in, I see the eset window open in red and immediately it change to green).

nope, only Eset (and only one, not the real time protection, the other... like the screenshot of Sesk; but Cybersecurity go in red) . And on two Mac with Sonoma...

The same for me on Sonoma. I have to reset full access to the disk periodically...

By Eset LiveGrid I mean the tab who show all process that are running (in realtime) and reputation of each. The tool is available on Cybersecurity Pro but in standard you just see the Eset LiveGrid is on but you can't access to the list of process anymore...

It missing some things I think or I don't find them... (livegrid process, screen at startup,...); I will continue testing, thanks a lot again Sesk

Hello Peter and thanks for the reply. Does this mean that the Pro version will be abandoned? I don't know what I have to do?... I have to renew at the end of October; will I have to uninstall pro and go to standard version 7? What will arrive with my actual license? Do I have to take two new standard licenses or can I convert my current ones? If I have to uninstall pro to install standard, is the uninstallation simple and clean (to restart on a clean version) ? Hi everybody, i've a little question about the native version of Cybersecurity pro on MacOS Ventura; no news since a lot of time so, is this version coming soon? I've 2 licenses of it and it expires in a few months... I've some choices: I wait for the release and renew the license, or change but I don't know what to do. I've ESET license since years on Windows/Android and now MacOS, so I don't really want to change but the native version is so awaited and no news for the users of Cybersecurity Pro (unlike the classic version (7), released a few months ago and which benefits from a follow-up and news/updates..) Thanks again, It reassures me but i've try on a test machine with no account (and with vpn) to go directly to Googe[dot]Com and after redirection (to luj21.proadsf[dot]com) according to my location i've immediatly the "Thank you" and nothing or "We have no survey for your country now, contact us ....[@]gmail..." But nothin anormal on the machine in both cases. But you're right, it seems to have a survey before the "Thank you", with buttons to click... They don't appear for me. But a simple page can stole some datas on a system (without being typed by user) ? Just by Javascript for example ? I'm a little stressed now but i've made all the search possible at my level... (system, services, scan, disk access, network access)... and nothing seems strange...

And just for precision: all the process in use (Eset live grid) are on green...

Hi all, I had a little fling today... By mistake, safari send me to a website i don't want to visit (Googe[dot]com instead of the classical with 'l')... Immediatly redirected, to luj proasdf webiste... Nothing appeared, nothing download... I just see a "Thank you" in the middle of the page. ESET doesn't detect anything. I've read the page source and see somme javascript talk to "Spoutable CDN" and some parameters "post" on the adress redirection (coordinates i think). I've make a full analyze with no infection result, check all the system hot places, nothing seems to change. No pop ups, no spam. The system seems to be clean. I've read a lot on this proasdf who launch some downloads/installation of browser extension or advertising modules when you answered to a survey. But nothing here, just "Thank you" instantaneously.. Is it normal that ESET let me go to this website without warning (if it's a dangerous place) ? Do you think my system is compromised? (ESET full analyze with no results, INTEGO analyze with no results, Malwarebytes with no results and check all system strategic places) Is it possible that a website stole some datas without install or execute something ? i'm affraid... Just a little thing to add, I've never had the notification to update to version 6.11.404.0... I've had to update manually with downloading the dmg... I will wait for V7, thanks again for your help (I hope I will receive a notification to update 😉) Best regards!
