Can someone tell me more about ESET's Password Manager encryption. I know its 256 bit encryption. I want to know more about its encryption like the type of encryption and whether its SHA encryption is 256 bit or 512 bit ?

When I update ESET Smart Security Premium it hardly takes any time to finish the update and the update is shown in kilo bytes. I am concerned that update provided by ESET is enough as competitors provide updates which takes mega bytes of downloading. Also I am concerned about the customer service provided by ESET. Its been weeks since I had requested for help they asked to fill up some details and I replied with all of it. Still no response from ESET team. Slow customer service is making me think that does this product worth purchasing. I am from Asia region. Although the problem is resolved now but I am concerned about its customer service. Someone please tell me more about the customer service which ESET provides to its customers like does they provide free remotely controlling the PC if needed for malware removal by experts using the ESET products and any other assistance with ESET prodcuts. Lastly tell me more about ESET virus definition updates ? Is that enough and how many times in a day it is provided to the ESET products.

Yes I had faced the same problem , later I had checked and found out that phantom account was created by me when setting up eset for the first time. I suggest you to check eset anti theft portal and check if it shows the phantom account by the same name which shows in your PC as a new user account.

Yes I saw over Eset Anti theft portal its a phantom account which got created automatically and the crashing problem is resolved automatically. Its all good now.

I dont remember creating Phantom account and I have submitted a ticket and waiting for their email. Whats Phantom account does if Anti theft is turned on ? Tell me more about it. Also I will submit logs to ESET in this regard when they reply me via email.

I recently purchased Eset Smart Security Premium for my Windows PC. When I was using Safe files feature and created an encrypted virutal drive of 500 mb , it sometimes crashes windows when opening or closing the eset encrypted virtual drive. Also a new user account is created automatically and even if I delete it , it just appears again from nowhere. I wonder why this problem is causing. Should ESET be able to fix it ?
