No, it's not possible. Exclusions can be dangerous and effectively even disable real-time protection, hence they are password protected.
In case of Endpoint you could disable password protection and lock the desired settings via a policy, however, keep in mind that even attackers typically misuse exclusions to run malware after gaining access to the system.
