How about blocking a filename? I don't want anything named "PopularScreensavers.exe" to run on our systems no matter where it is in the folder structure. or OffercastInstaller_*.exe or InboxSetup.exe or KnowTheBible.exe ( wildcards are great! )

When using ESET to block URLs, is there a suggested limit or any known range that starts causing slower performance? There are some URL blocklists out there that are over 300,000 urls to block. Would that not slow down performance?
