Still nothing.

I am still having this issue. Usually reinstalling worked fine but now that doesn't work anymore. I cannot use the android app because it is not letting me log in.
"Action cannot be completed" I get.

I can login fine on the, now browser add-on, Eset password manager. But the same login and authenticator does NOT let me login to the mobile PWM app. "Action cannot be completed" I get. I have checked my password 10 times over, there is nothing wrong with it.

Reinstalling the add-on seemed to have worked

As the title says, clicking on the browser icon just shows a blank window.

Hello,
My limited knowledge is making me ask this question.
Forcing the password manager to only work via a browser extension seems a bit odd. Doesn't it make it more unsafe and more vulnerable?
-
As the title says. For example: I have dozens of Google logins on V2 and it only imported 1 of each account into V3. It's the same with other websites and apps where I have multiple logins. Luckily I exported in all formats, including text, but it's a long process which I hope to solve differently. V2 had an account with different login possibilities. Is this no longer the case?

Hello @Vilket Namn,
the recovery key is present in the beginning of the migration process when you log in by means of the new extension.
It case be saved as a pdf or copied to a safe storage.

I am pretty sure I was not presented with this information when I set up the new extension 😕 Is there any other way of getting the key?

Guys, the "notes" tab in the app is FULL with these things. Hundreds of notes in these asian characters. Wtf?

Hello,
I upgraded the password manager from 2 to 3 and I notice an identity stored which is using asian alphabet?
I live in Europe and I have no idea what this is...
Also the importing thing just keeps on looping. Been like 15 mins now and my identity has not been added.

It is PWM3. I cleared the data + cache, reinstalled again. This time it did seem to have worked. But I had a long period of time where it just wouldn't work.
