Also a manual update reports the same database error Could the following be causing the problem, The Agent on the Virtual Appliance is version 7 and the server is version 6.5. Lookes like i made a mistake with updating, I tried removing the Agent and install the 6.5 agent but i cannot downgrade.

I downloaded the VA again and tried again still no luck Imported the backup into a standalone MySQL server and no error found. Isn't there anyone who can help?

Looks like a table is missing from the Era Database isp_authentication_update_predefined_log_types ! Does anyone have a clue? is there a manual procedure to update the database?

So you are saying the Hyper-V Virtual Appliance hosted by Eset contains the wrong version

Hi All, I'm trying to upgrade my ERA 6.5 VA to EMC 7.0 VA Pulling the database from remote server works, but i get an error 2564 while upgrading the database. Error: 2564: Error Occured while upgrading database /Root/eset_installers/Server.sh --skip-license --local='en-US' --db-driver='MySQL ODBC 8.0 Unicode Driver' --db-hostname=127.0.0.1 I found something about reverting back the ODBC driver, does this also apply to EMC 7.0 or only to ERA 6.5 Thanks Best regards, Emiel Wieldraaijer
