It seems that issue with wrong order of multiple IP addresses used by the same adapter was not targeted previously, so there is no change in behavior.
Problem is that IPs are reported in exactly opposite order as expected -> issue should be fixed for upcoming releases (including potential 7.0 service release).
Is there any information about this release ?

I have checked this with developers. In case the correct Agent version (V7) is installed, and the adapter is configured as "primary" in the OS, it should report the correct information. Alternatively, the remote host column should display the valid information, and should be used for identification.
Today , same problem occured. In this case there is only one network adapter with multiple ip addresses and issues comes at installation of ESMC.
i was installing ESMC on server 2012. at the end of installation it completed with secondary ip address instead of primary ip address.
After login in ESMC web it shows secondary ip address in computer tab.
So, Whats wrong in Eset that detect secondary ip instead of primary ip ?

Which of the following steps resolves the issue?
1, Pausing all protection modules
2, Pausing only real-time protection
3, Temporarily disabling automatic start of real-time protection followed by a reboot
4, Temporarily disabling HIPS followed by a rebootTried all steps but did not resolved, If we uninstall eset from Both server and client then it works fine.

We have installed 10 user ESET Endpoint Antivirus and 1 File Security Product in one of organisation. Some of them are using Accounting Software ( Tally ) and this software is working like server client.
Currently users get error while working on Tally Application like "Unable to read data accurately from your Tally data files" when working . The Data path is shared and accessible to all users.
We Have already excluded application exe , extension and shared folder from both client and server OS but the same problem occurring again.
extension excluded.
This issue is occurred after installing eset and if we uninstall eset from both server and client then its working fine.

Currently there is no no way to send a wake-up call to offline computers. We will consider and most likely come up with a solution since we fully understand your needs but currently it is not possible.
The Problem of wake up call via epns server is that if internet connection is down for 2 to 4 hours then we can't send wake-up call for local computer.

We have only upgrade ERA 6.5 to 7.Other workstation are running older version of agent and client.
So, In this scenario how to send wake up call to older client.

Thanks Its worked in some cases.
i have noticed another problem that if we added secondary ip in network adapter then ESMC detected and displaying secondary ip in Webpage.

After upgrading from ver6.5 to ver7, send wake up call function not working.
-
Currently the problem is If User added secondary ip address in the properties, then ESMC detected secondary ip and that will be display in the Console .
-
Currently User IP Range is 192.168.0.X series, but in some machine their system have multiple Lan Card.
Problem is after installing EEA V7 in machine, seconadary ip or secondary lan card's ip detected showing up in ERA Console page instead of 192.168.0.x series.
I have already submitted this issue in Previous Version 6.5. And ESET Staff told that they have fixed this issue in ERA 7, Very disappointed.

After Installing ESET Endpoint Antivirus in on of organization, Canon lbp 2900 printer taking long time to print in via shared.

If We Choose "No Action" then "Action cannot be cancelled by user" tab won't be gray out. This is likely to be bug or that type of settings added in this option .

Does temporarily disabling the firewall make a difference? Did you mark the detected network as home/office trusted network upon detection?
Disabling firewall sometime helps but most of case we have to disable all firewall protection including IDS and also created network as home /office trusted network.
If We Uinstall Product and restart system then all pc shows up properly.

After installing ESET Endpoint Security in one of organization, network pc not showing up in My network. I have set Filtering mode to Learning Mode and also added Known Network in ERA Policy.
