Okay, it looks like I looked pretty stupid in this thread.

After removing the entire ESET directory and rebooting, with the default firewall option turned off, I was able to get a working antivirus.

Then the firewall option is activated, I get problems with mac is coming back.

Huge greetings, Marcos. Thanks for you participating! Yep, we tried to delete these files, including through searching directories for detecting antivirus remnants. Before using kb6662/#mac advice on deleting * .dat files, the antivirus is denied even to install. Removable instructions https://support.eset.com/kb3239/ The system has been reinstalled. In the logs, as I see there are some errors associated with root access. If delete AV Mac perfect work... Are there any other ways to understand what's wrong?
